Two-Year Product Warranty

FloorSavers products are covered by a two-year product warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal, intended use. It does not cover:

• ordinary wear and tear;
• dirt, debris or contamination on a felt surface;
• damage caused by incorrect sizing, forced fitting or installation;
• misuse, accidents, alteration or use contrary to the product instructions; or
• loss or damage caused by furniture, flooring conditions or circumstances outside the product’s intended use.

To make a warranty claim, email info@floorsavers.com.au with your order number, a description of the problem and, where reasonably possible, photographs showing the issue.

If the claim is accepted, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not exclude or limit, any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable consumer laws.
