Product information and suitability

We aim to keep product descriptions, measurements, images, prices and availability accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens and production batches.

Customers are responsible for measuring their furniture legs and selecting a suitable product. Our measuring guide and customer support can help, and our 60-day free returns policy allows a careful fit test.

Floor protectors reduce direct contact between compatible furniture legs and flooring, but results depend on correct fit, installation, maintenance, furniture and floor conditions. Keep contact surfaces clean and replace products that become worn, loose or damaged.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, a price or listing contains a clear error, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

Prices, taxes and the final order total are shown before payment. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store complete payment-card details ourselves.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Two-Year Product Warranty form part of these terms. Please read them before ordering.

Website use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use its content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Unless otherwise stated, FloorSavers owns or is licensed to use the website content, branding, images and designs. You may use the website for personal shopping and information, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, consumer guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, FloorSavers is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Customers should follow product instructions, confirm suitability and regularly check that protectors remain clean, secure and in good condition.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when an order is placed will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Victoria, Australia. This does not remove any mandatory rights a customer has under the laws that apply to them, including applicable consumer protections in Australia or New Zealand.
